Tami Hagemeyer ABOC, NCLE
Tami Hagemeyer is an Optician, Speaker and Author. She is a member of the National Academy of Opticianry and the Opticians Association of Ohio. Tami is certified by the American Board of Opticianry. With 35 years of optical experience, Tami shares her expertise in frame consultations, adjustments and repairs, highlighting compassion with patients and team members, and incorporating positive communication skills. Tami has been successful in creating a strategic office and optical design. Her multiple publications include “Tami in the Trenches,” a reoccurring quarterly publication as a supplement in Optometry Times. She has been featured in INVISION’S “Smooth Seller,” published “L.O.V.E. Your Optical Career,” and “It’s Not Just A Job,” both in Eyecare Business, and, “Do We Stand a Chance Against Online Opticals?” which was written in collaboration with Mile Brujic, OD, and David Kading, OD, and published in Review of Optometry.

A strict protocol of 1 CE per course attended will be enforced. Late arrivals will not be permitted to attend classes already in session. As of April 1, 2017, the GSBDO now requires 1 hour of GA Law continuing education as part of the 10 hours required for biennial (2 yr.) licensed renewal.
