Carrie “Optigal” Wilson, MBA, LDO, ABOM, NCLEM
Carrie Wilson is the owner of Optigal Consulting and a proud educator and developer of the optical profession.

She is a professor of Ophthalmic Optics at the College of Southern Nevada, a Master Optician, a Master Contact Lens Fitter, a licensed optician, an international speaker, and an author.

Carrie contributes to lens technical standards committees for the American National Standards Institute and the International Organization for Standardization. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Opticians Association of Georgia and represents Laramy-K, OpticianWorks, TC Charton, and Laibach & York.

Her interest in the profession extends into optical history through her service on the Board of Directors for the Optical History Museum.

Tiffany Rosell, LDO, ABOC, NCLEC
Tiffany is an Optician, educator, and owner of Sweet View Optical who serves on the Board of Directors for the Opticians Association of Georgia. She is known for challenging what “good enough” has been allowed to become in vision care.
Recognized for her no-nonsense speaking style, Tiffany pushes opticians to rethink outdated assumptions, refine their approach to problem-solving, and deliver more intentional, results-driven care. Her courses are designed to translate directly into practice, helping opticians build confidence, think more critically, and question what they’ve learned to stop questioning.

Tiffany will present the meeting’s one-hour Georgia Law course.
