Summary

We're looking for an enthusiastic Optical Sales Associate to join our team. If you're all about helping people, thrive in a team environment, and love the idea of matching customers with the perfect pair of frames, you might be exactly who we need. No experience or certifications required. We will train the right person. Applicants with credentials are also welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers, making them feel welcome and comfortable
  • Listen to customers' needs and guide them through frame and lens selections
  • Explain product features, lens options, and insurance benefits in a clear, friendly way
  • Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Help keep the showroom looking great by restocking displays and keeping things tidy
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Handle minor adjustments and basic repairs on eyewear (we’ll train you!)
  • Go the extra mile to make sure every customer leaves happy
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

What we are looking for:

  • A genuine team player who jumps in to help wherever needed
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-first attitude
  • Willingness to learn about optical products and services
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skill
